New Yorkers faced a soggy commute on Wednesday night after a water main break left one subway station underwater. Water gushed down from the ceiling and poured over the sides of affected subway cars. A water main break in Manhattan’s West Village flooded streets and subway station at 7th Avenue and 14th Street, causing delays to the 1, 2 and 3 trains, according to local reports. Video from the scene shows water pouring into the station from the ceiling while passengers looked on.
