JIMMY LEE SQUIRES is redeeming his 50% of COFFEE COUNTY BROADCASTERS, INC., licensee of Country WOKA-F (106.7 THE BUCK)/DOUGLAS, GA, for $250,000 ($25,000 of which has been previously paid).  Partner DWAYNE H. GILLIS becomes sole shareholder after the redemption.
